All deposits are non-refundable(24 hour refund on deposits) atleast 50% of the balance is paid at booking. No date is secured until the deposit is paid and contract is signed no changes can be made on location or date after final payment is made 30 days before your event. In case of a emergency or weather change you will have a week to reschedule after finale payment is made no refunds will be accepted only reschedules as long as the date is available. Atleast 2 hours of setup is needed. At the end of your event please have all rental items clear to make the breakdown easier and faster. A damage fee wavier will be signed in the event that anything is broken or torn on top of everything except custom items must be returned.
